ScreenSteps Live pricing is very simple. For $19/user per month you get everything you need, including:

• A ScreenSteps Desktop Pro license for creating your lessons and manuals, active as long as your account is open.
• Free upgrades to all ScreenSteps Desktop Pro releases.

No. ScreenSteps Desktop Pro is the software you will use to create, post and update your lessons and manuals on ScreenSteps Live. You do not need to purchase a separate desktop license as long as your account is open. All your admin/author users need to do is connect to the ScreenSteps Live service and their desktop software will be unlocked. They will be able to use the desktop application for as long as they have a valid author/admin account on ScreenSteps Live.

In addition, your users will automatically receive free upgrades to all versions of ScreenSteps Desktop Pro. You can learn more about ScreenSteps Desktop Pro here.

With one-on-one training one of our ScreenSteps Live experts meets with you and your team via webinar to help you develop a strategy for deploying your content on ScreenSteps Live. We will also give you tips on how best to structure your content as well as establish and workflow for decreasing your support requests.

Admins can control all aspects of your account and can post lessons. Authors can post lessons but cannot change account settings.

Anyone you'd like and no one you don't want to. If you make a space public then anyone can view your content. If you mark the space as protected then only users that you authorize can view the content in that space. Any number of users can be authorized to view content.

Spaces are how users will access your ScreenSteps Live content. For each space on your account you control:

• Who has access to the Space (anyone or only certain users)
• What the Space looks like (each space can use its own custom template)

For example, a typical ScreenSteps Live account might use the following spaces:

• A public Space that contains documentation for your company's product. The space has a custom skin to look like your company's website.
• A private Space with internal documentation for your company employees. Each user must have an account to access this Space.

SSL stands for Secure Socket Layer. With SSL on your account, traffic in your admin area and your protected spaces is securely encrypted for added security.

A ScreenSteps Live Manual is simply an ordered collection of ScreenSteps Lessons. A manual has:

• A table of contents
• A specific order to the lesson

Each ScreenSteps Live account comes with unlimited Manuals.

A Bucket is a collection of lessons. There is no specific order to the lessons. Each ScreenSteps Live account comes with unlimited Buckets.

A Lesson Package is a powerful way to share and update ScreenSteps lessons in your organization. Say for example you are in your office in New York and post a lesson to ScreenSteps Live. Two weeks later your partner in Chicago needs to update that lesson. He can open up ScreenSteps Desktop Pro, import the package and he will have all of the original material that you used to create the lesson just as if he had created it himself. You never have to worry about who has the most current version of the lesson because it is always on ScreenSteps Live.

Any modern browser can be used to view ScreenSteps Live Lessons so your content is as accessible as possible. Currently Internet Explorer 7, Firefox and Safari are supported for management of your ScreenSteps Live content.
