Send Your Users to Our House or Yours

Two weeks ago, before we started using ScreenSteps and ScreenSteps Live, I was in a very despondent state over what we were going to do to get our support issues under control. I said we're pulling the plug on our whole process and we are moving everything to ScreenSteps and ScreenSteps Live. I'm really glad I made that call.

ScreenSteps Live is a documentation management service. Here are a couple of examples of how ScreenSteps does more than just let you upload files:

  • Simultaneously upload HTML, PDF and Lesson Package Files*.
  • Create online manuals by dragging and dropping lessons that you have uploaded. You can reorganize your manual in a matter of seconds. No HTML code required.
  • Add to your manual at any time. You can literally respond to customer questions by updating your manual and sending them a link. It is that easy.
  • Send users to your ScreenSteps Live site or use the ScreenSteps Live API to embed content from ScreenSteps Live in your own website or desktop application.

How Secure is My Content?

The security of your content is our prime concern. The short answer is that no one gets access to your content unless you give them permission. If you would like a more detailed explanation of the security behind ScreenSteps Live please read more here.

Do I Have to Install Anything on My Servers?

Only if you want to. If you want to send users right to your ScreenSteps Live account then you don't need to install anything.
